DELATAY UK Launch Giveaway Terms & Conditions

This giveaway is operated by DELATAY an Australian business.

Eligibility
Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom only, aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Employees, immediate family members, or anyone directly associated with the promotion are not eligible to enter.

Promotion Period
The giveaway opens on the date the promotional Instagram post is published on instagram and closes at 9.00am BST on 10th JULY 2026. Entries received after this time will not be included.

How to Enter
To enter the giveaway, eligible participants must complete all of the following steps via Instagram:

1. Follow @delatayaustralia

2. Share the giveaway post to their Instagram Story and tag @delatayaustralia

3. Comment “DELATAY” on the giveaway post and tag at least one friend

Each eligible participant may enter multiple times by tagging different friends in separate comments; however, each entry must comply with these terms.

Prize
One (1) winner will receive:

1 x DELATAY Classic Bag

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. DELATAY reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal value if necessary.

Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the closing date. The draw will take place on 11th July 2026.

Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message from @delatayaustralia on 11th July 2026 and announced publicly via DELATAY’s Instagram Story on the same date.

If the selected winner does not respond within 72 hours of being contacted, DELATAY reserves the right to select a new winner.

Shipping
The prize includes standard shipping to a valid United Kingdom address provided by the winner. DELATAY is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the winner.

General Conditions

DELATAY reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

DELATAY may cancel, suspend, or amend the giveaway if circumstances arise beyond its reasonable control.

Privacy
Any personal information collected for the purpose of this giveaway (such as name, Instagram handle, and shipping address) will be used solely for administering the promotion and delivering the prize. Personal information will not be sold or shared with unrelated third parties.
