Return Policy – DELATAY PTY LTD
At Delatay, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your bag, you are welcome to return it for a store credit. Please note we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
30-Day Return Period
You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the bag must be in unused, unworn, original condition, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order.
Refunds (Faulty or Damaged Items Only)
Refunds are only issued for approved faulty, damaged, or incorrect items. We must be contacted within 7 days of receiving the item.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at info@delatay.com.
Store Credits
If your bag was purchased using a discount code, your store credit will reflect the final amount paid (after discount).
Store credits are valid for 12 months and can be used on any item on our website.
Return Conditions
- Items must be in 100% original condition with all tags attached.
- Bags must be unused and free from marks, stains, scratches, scuffs, odours, or any signs of wear.
- Bags must be returned with all original packaging, including dust bags, tags, and accessories.
- Bags returned without original packaging may not be accepted.
- Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
- We recommend using a traceable delivery method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return parcels.
- Items that do not meet our return conditions will not be accepted, and the customer will be notified.
